Frequently Asked Questions
Will treatment be painful?
We take every step to make sure your procedure is as comfortable and pain-free as possible. If treatment is required, a small dose of local anesthesia will be carefully applied to numb the specific area being treated.
Will I need to return to your office?
Yes, in most cases following a root canal, we advise patients to come back for a follow-up visit within 6 to 12 months to check on the healing progress. Our team will send you a reminder when it’s time to schedule your recall appointment.
Can I go back to work after treatment?
Yes, it's normal to experience some soreness or discomfort in the area for a few days. These symptoms are usually mild and can be managed with an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen. If needed, we’re happy to provide a note for school or work.
